Video Label Content Guidelines

By purchasing a Video Gift Label from Label Your Stuff, you are agreeing to abide by our content guidelines listed below.  Videos that do not follow the parameters will be deleted, the labels will not be sent out and there will be no refund issued.  No exceptions.

Unacceptable Video

These videos will be hosted on a public facing server and are made to be shared via a Video Gift Label. Because of that, videos containing any of the following items are unacceptable:

• Pornography or sexually explicit material
• Violence or acts of violence
• Illegal or inappropriate actions
• Drug use
• Animal abuse
• Copyrighted material for which you do not own the copyright

All videos and their corresponding labels are checked for functionality by a Label Your Stuff employee prior to shipment. During this process the video will be watched and if it is found to contain any of the items listed above, the order will be canceled and the video removed. No refund will be issued.

Remember that these videos are hosted on a public server and while there is no interface that allows searching - the videos could be seen in a browser window. We have no way to secure or password protect the videos while still making the gift labels work.
