Refund/Return Policy -
Provided our application instructions are followed we guarantee that
our iron-on/sew-in labels will last the life of the garment and that
our stick-on labels will not fall off. Please see our
FAQs for application guidelines and
intended use. If after following these guidelines you
are not satisfied with the performance of our product
we simply ask that you return the unused portion
of your order WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE with a brief note explaining the problem. We
will gladly refund your purchase cost, less a 20% restocking fee and any
applicable shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy -
Due to the personalized nature
of our products you cannot cancel your order once it has been processed.
However, if our labels fail to meet our advertised claims, you may
return them in accordance with our guarantee.
