We are not able to screen or check individual orders.
Computer monitors display colors differently. The actual color of our products and inks may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor.
To reduce waste, we do not print samples.

How do I know my order has been placed?
You will receive an initial e-mail confirmation when we receive your order and another email when the order is shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us
Can I choose the color of my labels?
Our stick-on labels are available in 7 solid color background choices with white text and 7 text color choices with white background – listed on each product page. Our iron-on labels are only available in white with black text.
Is there a choice of fonts?
No. We use Ariel for the iron-on labels and Cafeteria Bold for the stick-on labels.
If I choose an icon, where will it appear?
The icon is positioned to the left of the text. We cannot put an icon on our shoe labels.
Is there a limit to the number of letters on a label?
In order to ensure that your details are clearly legible, we limit the number of characters per line as follows:
Iron-on Labels – 20 characters per line
Mini Waterproof Labels – 20 characters per line
Standard Waterproof Labels & Shoe labels – 20 characters per line
Design Your Own Waterproof Labels – 25 characters per line
Please note that while we endeavor to always layout your labels in accordance with your order, we do reserve the right to arrange the layout in the most effective or pleasing manner.
How will my labels look?
We always layout your labels so that the text is centered vertically and horizontally. If you have chosen an icon then the text will be offset slightly to the right to allow for the icon on the left. All prices and payments are in U.S dollars.
Colorado orders will include sales tax. This will be added to the total of your order.
Each personalized order is individually handcrafted by our trained staff. Please allow us the adequate production time needed to produce your order with the highest quality standards.
Orders are usually manufactured and shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving your order and depending on the shipping chosen – refer to our Shipping Information below for more information. The time required will vary dependent upon the volume of work we have at any given time.
Order Early : All orders are manufactured as quickly as possible, but heavy work volumes that occur from time to time may cause delays.
We ship your order via USPS only. Standard delivery generally requires 3-5 days for your order to reach its destination from Colorado.

*Dispatch times may increase by 24 hours during peak season - usually May through August.
**Delivery times are those set by the United States Postal Service. Packages are delivered in the listed time frames the overwhelming majority of times, however are not guaranteed.
Dispatch times do not include weekends and public holidays.
Orders received after NOON MT are considered next day business.

Shipping and Handling (S&H) will be added to the total of your order. Shipment to multiple addresses is not available at this time.
We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (*these latter destinations by Priority Mail only). Shipments outside of the contiguous lower 48 states, may take longer to arrive than listed above. We’re sorry, we are not able to ship orders to international addresses.
These packages can be lost, forgotten or even stolen. We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but in no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation.
Why did I not receive a tracking number in my shipping notification email?
The Post Office does not supply tracking information for all first class shipments. Your shipping notification is to inform you Label Your Stuff has given your order to the Post Office and you should expect to receive it in 3-5 business days. For fully trackable shipping from fulfillment to delivery, please select Priority Shipping.
Changes or Cancellations
Your order begins processing automatically as soon as it is submitted. If possible, we will accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. If your order has already been printed or personalized, changes or cancellations will not be made. You will be charged for the original order.
To avoid change or cancellation fees, please check your order carefully prior to submitting it.

Problems With Your Order
Damage: If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact our customer service department immediately, using the contact information provided on this web site. Any damage must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
Returns/Refunds: We proudly stand behind all our products. We are not happy unless you are completely satisfied. You may return non-personalized items for refund, credit, or replacement, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Personalized items where we have made no error, cannot be returned. If we make an error in manufacturing your personalized item, we will happily replace it, or issue a full refund for that item. Errors in personalized items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions.
Before returning any item, please e-mail us and provide complete details about the item(s) you wish to return. Items being returned must be in their original packaging. Shipping charges are refundable ONLY if we made an error in the original order.

Opt-out – Any promotional emails will include an “opt-out” clause, providing instructions on how to have your email address removed from future marketing communications. Users who no longer wish to receive promotional communications may also opt-out of receiving these communications by sending an email to contact customer service.
Iron-on/Sew-in Label Information
How do I apply my iron-on labels?
- Pre-heat iron to COTTON. Do NOT USE STEAM Setting. Wait until the iron gets hot.
- Apply labels to CLEAN, thoroughly DRY garments only. (Labels applied to soiled or damp garments will not adhere properly).
- If you have a stretchy material, it may require a stitch at each end (to keep it from stretching in this area) to avoid the label being separating from the clothing.
- Cover the label with a THIN, DRY pressing cloth (a cloth is included with your order) or handkerchief.
- FIRMLY press heated iron on pressing cloth for 20 SECONDS to allow the adhesive to melt. Simply press the iron, do not move it back and forth.
- Verify your application time and iron temperature. Allow the garment and label to cool to room temperature. Try to peel the label off with your fingernail, if it peels, your iron is not hot enough. Press for another 15-20 seconds and/or turn the heat setting up on the iron one notch. All irons are different and you may need to use the highest setting. You can also try ironing the fabric first to heat it up, and then press the label for 15-20 seconds.
- Do not wash or dry label for 24 hours. DO NOT IRON OVER LABEL ONCE APPLIED.
How do I apply my sew-in labels?
- We suggest you place several small stitches at each end of the smaller labels – the larger labels may have enough room for you to sew all around.
- Please let us know if you intend to sew in your labels (make a comment in the special instructions area during checkout), so we can be sure to leave sufficient space for stitching.

My iron-on labels have come off in the wash. Why?
Our iron-on labels are guaranteed to stay on through the washer and dryer if they are applied correctly. We cannot stress enough that the instructions enclosed with every set of labels must be followed. Stretchy, knit type materials, may require a stitch on each end to avoid separation. We have tried and tested this product through hundreds of washes over many years and none of our labels have ever come off.
Can I remove my iron-on labels?
Although our iron-on labels are designed NOT to be removed, if you have a need to remove them, then we suggest you try the following. Cover the label with a THIN, DRY pressing cloth or handkerchief, and using the hottest heat setting that your garment will withstand, apply heat for 10-15 seconds. Immediately, before the label cools, try to lift the edge of the label with your fingernail. Continue heating and peeling the label from your garment. Be careful not to burn yourself or the garment. We take no responsibility for the success or failure in removing the label.
Waterproof & Shoe Label Information
How do I apply my stick-on labels?
- Just peel the label from the backing paper and apply label to any hard, smooth, clean, dry surface, where required.
- Please leave label to adhere for 24 hours before placing in the dishwasher or microwave.
How do I apply my shoe labels?
- First place the clear overlay on the shoe label (while it’s still on the backing paper).
- Then, peel the shoe label (together with it’s overlay) from the backing paper and place the label in the heel of the shoe (where your heel would press) - press in firmly.
My stick-ons are not staying on. Why?
Our Stick-ons are guaranteed to stay on almost any clean, dry, smooth surface. We say “almost” because plastics are made in many different ways and we are unable to test them on everything. If you find that rare item onto which our stick-ons will not adhere but you have no problem with other items it is probably to do with that particular type of plastic. Our stick-ons are guaranteed to stay on through normal everyday use in temperatures ranging between -40°F to 200°F.
Why have some of my stick-ons smeared?
We know that our stick-on labels will stick to almost anything and stay looking as good as new through the dishwasher, the microwave and even in the pool. However, we have found that some sun screens can smear the print.
Bag Tag Information
Can I have a bag tag with my own artwork or logo?
Yes, we can create a bag tag to your specifications. Custom bag tags are perfect for your school, team, organization, or company. Just provide us with an image or logo and we’ll create three sample tag designs from which you can choose. A minimum order quantity of 15 bag tags (plus appropriate shipping charges) applies to all custom bag tag orders.
Special order custom bag tags are non-returnable and delivery times may be greater than for regular orders. If you are considering a custom order, please email us to discuss your customization needs.
